Simple forms, laconic design, environmentally friendly materials, the use of natural colors in the decor reflect the current trends in cottage construction and create a comfortable living environment.
The rejection of the usual forms in house-building became the stylistic feature of the project. Panoramic windows, wide patios, terraced descents, ergonomic large living rooms – these details redefine the idea of comfort.
The multilevel relief defined the unique look of each house. The buildings are located on a slope and compose a single whole.
For the project, six cottage options of various sizes and heights and different spatial planning solutions of the interior constructions were developed. Each building assumes a binding to a certain territory with peculiarities of the relief. The development project eliminates massive grouping of buildings around a single point. Cottages are located in such a way that their owners have the opportunity not to see the neighboring houses from the windows. This allows one to enjoy beautiful panoramic views. Directly next to the village is a forest belt. In it, recreational zones were organized. One of such areas is a children’s playground with real houses in the trees and rope ladders.
The draft master plan includes 58 plots with a total area of 14 to 24 acres. On the territory of the village there are checkpoints and entrance groups, places for fire water storage facilities, sewer pumping station and wells. Common areas are located next to the forest and represent small architectural objects, successfully integrated into the landscape.
