The Family Cheese Factory is located in a unique mountainous area in the suburbs of Dilijan. Hereditary cheese makers set the task to fit the infrastructure complex into the existing relief in such a way as to preserve all its natural features. And the style of the Alpine chalet suited this task as well as possible. Large roof extensions in the entire composition of the object set the rhythms characteristic of mountainous terrain. And at the same time they create comfort and make the building visually smaller than it actually is.
The suburban infrastructure complex includes: a cafe with mini-production of bread, cheese, sausages, a confectionery, a cellar for food storage.
