The house project is one of the six options developed for the village Volgushino. The cottage settlement is located in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region and occupies 12.5 hectares. The landscape is hilly, and the plot of land stretches from north to south.
The area of buildings varies from 120 to 240 m². Cottage options vary from 1 or 2 storeys. The living space ranges from 10 to 70 m². Ceiling height – from 2.7 to 6 meters. Each house is divided into two zones. The guest area includes a separate kitchen and a dining-living room with a sky light, a bathroom, a hallway and a storage room. The private area consists of bedrooms, an office, a bathroom and a dressing room.
The houses have wood frame structures, the walls are insulated with mineral wool. Layers of vapor barrier and windscreen prevent the heater from getting wet. To improve air circulation, the wood and stone facade finishing is carried out along the counter battens. The first storey overlays are monolithic with a built-in water-heated floor, the ones on the second and third storeys are wooden with two levels of beams for noise absorption and exclusion of vibrations. Roofs are pitched and flat, in places accessible. Green roof landscaping is offered. The foundations for each building are selected depending on the height differences – pile grillage, strip and slab. Each building has 4 and 5-chamber energy-saving windows. For heating there are heated floors and radiators, and the gas boiler is duplicated with an electric one. A fireplace is provided for each house. This allows to reliably protect the house from defrosting.
