The glued timber guest house consists of two rooms: a sauna and a living room combined with a kitchen. The house stands on a slope and, thanks to the multi-level roof, blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. The vertical layout of the site allowed to clear the lower platform from the priming and arrange a patio with a swimming pool measuring 3 × 10 meters. This space turned into a good place for receiving guests.
Screw pile foundations are fastened with a reinforced concrete grillage. The construction of the pool is also pile based with a monolithic bowl. A small heat point is located under this structure, since the pool is supposed to be used during the cold season as well.
