Much attention in the project is paid to the composition of the facades. Deep overhangs of the roof, a spacious first floor terrace with stocky supports, and a light second floor terrace with transparent flooring create a sense of unity.
The project provides for the manufacturing.
Custom sketches of decorative trim parts were designed specifically for the project. The manufacturing of parts was entrusted to the sculptors of Roman Tverdokhlebov’s workshop. Floral ornament has become the primal motif of the building decor. Forged fences, stained-glass windows of the entrance group, bas-reliefs of columns with images of birds – the whole decoration of the mansion is an indivisible whole.
The main facade of the house overlooks the garden. A large pond is situated near the semi-basement of the house, while the pier serves as a continuation of the terrace.
The construction of the house is based on a reinforced concrete frame with aerocrete filling, followed by insulation along the facade.
