In the process of facade renovation it was necessary to solve a complex problem: using modern materials create a reference to the XIX century era. “With a pen stroke on a graphite board …” – this is how you can express the idea of decorating the main facade of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
The name of the institute is displayed in white metal planar letters in the style of calligraphic writing. “Pen-stroke” is created by the calligrapher Y. V. Arutsev. Equitone Natura fiber cement panels were used for the background, creating a uniform surface of a delicate chocolate shade. The lightweight glass canopy on metal supports complements the overall composition.
