The project was developed for the company Penny Lane Realty. Integrated territory development through low-rise buildings (up to 6 floors) construction is designed for comfortable living outside the city. The project provides for a large recreational zone that reaches the embankment of the Moscow River. The building complex is adjacent to the park. A children’s tram line has been created along the park, which connects children’s institutions with different parts of the neighborhood.
For traffic safety, bicycle lanes are thought out that do not intersect with the roadway. Closed green courtyards with playgrounds are provided on the territory of the complex.
The plans of residential buildings are presented in 4 versions: a townhouse, a tower house and two types of sectional houses.
