The traditions of country architecture of the late XIX – early XX centuries formed the basis of the project. Columns, porticos, balustrades, smooth plastered facade – all of the mansion’s details create an atmosphere of a measured manor life.
The main rooms are on the first storey: bedrooms, kitchen, guest wing. The living room space has taken up two levels, forming a sky light above the first storey. The radial staircase, decorated with a wooden sculpture of a lion, leads to the second storey balconies.
The composition of the building is lined up along the horizontal axis. On each side of the central volume there are symmetrically located two single-storey wings, in one of which there are guest bedrooms and in the other a sauna. A separate SPA area is connected to the house by an open terrace with a canopy.
The construction of one-story volumes used ceramic blocks, a monolithic frame forms the basis of the central part of the house. The entrance to the garage is designed from the side and therefore is invisible, – this allows to perceive the main facade as one whole.
