The concept is based on the idea of creating a modern landscaped open courtyard space with a variety of functional zoning for residents of the surrounding buildings.
This development area consists of 7 residential buildings of sectional type and, by its location, forms 3 zones of the courtyard area. Each of the zones has open areas for common use and various purposes.
Functional purposes of public recreation areas:
sports grounds / playgrounds divided by age category (0-3, 3-7, 7-15 years old)/
climbing wall, panda park / outdoor amphitheater / dance floors / recreation areas with small architectural forms.
Playgrounds for children under 3 years old are located separately from places of active recreation. Each playground is equipped with a sports and development complex in accordance with the age category. Various color schemes of road anti-slip coatings (rubber crumb) are used.
Football and basketball grounds are fenced along the perimeter with translucent shockproof structures 3-6 m high.
Facade solutions of residential buildings are compositionally formed from contrasting geometric spots, leveling the proportional ratios of architectural elements (window and door blocks, stained-glass windows, balconies, loggias).
On the 1st and 2nd floors, systems of hinged brick facades are used. When finishing the facades of subsequent floors, combined solutions are provided using hinged ventilated facade systems using fiber cement panels, as well as wet facade systems using a plaster finishing layer.
