The project of an individual residential house is executed in the organic architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright. The location of the house in the narrowed part of the land lot led to the choice of this particular style.
According to the technical requirements, the recreational area with a full-fledged space for sports and a movie theater is of the primary focus in the house. The recreational area is located in the semi-basement, with the windows overlooking the garden. To expand the panoramic view of this zone, floor-to-ceiling windows were installed at an angle of 45 degrees to the main axis of the house.
The compositional center of the house is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining area, which can be easily observed from the park zone. Favorable location of the house, on the elevated part of the plot, allowed to organize a spacious living room above the SPA area. A panoramic view from the living room windows is also possible due to their 45 degree angle position.
The base structure of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with wall filling material. The exterior of the house is decorated with dark and, in some places, light wood sidings. Both in the exterior and in the interior, the orientation towards the estate architecture is observed.
